How to Perform Bulk Actions on Comments

VIDIZMO provides a feature for managing multiple comments at once. If you have enabled comment moderation, you may see many comments pending approval. Instead of approving each comment individually, you can select multiple comments and approve, reject, or delete them altogether.

Prerequisites​

Perform Bulk Actions on Comments​

  1. In VIDIZMO, select the Navigation menu.
  2. Go to Admin > Media Manager.
  3. Select the Comments tab. The number next to the tab indicates pending comments. By default, the Pending tab displays all comments awaiting moderation.
  4. Select comments using one of the following methods:
    • Select the Select All checkbox to select all comments at once.
    • Select the checkbox on the left of each individual comment.
  5. Select one of the bulk action buttons:
    • Approve - Approves all selected comments and makes them visible to viewers.
    • Reject - Rejects all selected comments and moves them to the Rejected tab.
    • Delete - Permanently deletes all selected comments.

Note: Comments deleted or rejected from the Approved tab are also removed from the Playback screen.
